Syringe Auto Assembly Machine

Recent development technology applied to the machine allows Extremely Accurate, High-Speed Operation and High Assembly Quality.

This machine assembles 3-parts type Disposable Syringes with mounted Needles automatically.

Each parts of Syringes including Needles are fed and loaded into four vibratory Bowl Parts Feeders which around assembly index table.

Linear feeders located in each bowl feeders orient components to assembly index for assembling. Inner surface of Syringe Barrel is silicon lubricated prior to assembly.

The machine outputs minimum 18,000pcs and maximum 23,000pcs or more per one hour for 3cc and 5cc syringe.

Operating attendant is required generally only to maintain components supplies for Bowl Feeders, and to observe output stage.
